Here at Bible Baptist Church we strive to get folks plugged into the ministry here. It’s not what can BBC do for you, but what can you do for God here at BBC. Once you have decided that this is where God would have you worship and have joined the members in fellowship here, there are areas of ministry that can use the talent’s that God has given you. See Pastor Weger and ask where you can serve God. Below are some of the ministries that always need help:

Giving

Here at Bible Baptist we believe giving is a cycle that God blesses.   We realize that life is filled with chain reactions.  Some have a myth about churches: if you give a dollar then they will want your fives, tens and twenty’s, well let me dispel that myth.  God does not need your money, but what  he is teaching us by asking us to give , he desires to see our commitment. To often we tend to focus on the temporal and the immediate effects of our dollars.  We don’t give to appease our nearsightedness.  When we give there is a chain reaction that results in evangelizing the world.

The Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4.17 :” Not because I desire a gift; but I desire fruit that may abound to your account.”  When we give of our treasure that money enables the lights to stay on here but it also enables us to have the same ministry that is taking place in our community, to be occurring in other places around the world.   The catalyst for this chain reaction is really simply: You see a need and give a dollar.   We understand here at Bible Baptist that when we give we spark a cycle that demonstrates God’s abundance, not in wanting more but in blessing more.  That the promise to the cheerful giver in 2 Corinthians 9:8, whom the Lord loves ” vs. 8- And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work.”
