At Bible Baptist Church we believe in local and worldwide missions. The Bible says to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every creature -Matthew 28:19-20.
We have a visitation and bus ministry at Bible Baptist Church to reach local people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our bus ministry runs 50 weeks throughout the year and pick up children and adults and bring them to the service on Sunday mornings. On Saturday the bus workers visit to prepare the route for the Sunday morning and then on Sunday the bus workers will pick you up before the morning service and drop you off after the morning service has completed. We also support foreign missionaries to several countries. If you attend our church you will notice flags hanging in the sanctuary and those flags represent the various countries around the world that we support a missionary at. The members of the church give money designated as Missions fund on the envelope and that money is then dispersed to support each and every one of our missionaries that the church has agreed to take on. Missions is a very important ministry as God commanded us to take the Gospel to every creature.
Once a year typically during the month of October we have Missions Conference. We use faith promise missions to support our missionaries and the local church supports the missionaries throughout the world. During this missions conference, the local members are challenged from the Word of God about the importance and need for world wide missions. During the missions conference we typically host a missionary or two that the Pastor has carefully communicated with and presents them to the church to take on for support.
